Store Policies


RETURNS: If you wish to return a purchase, you must notify us within 10 days of receipt of the item by e-mailing: customerservice@holidayshopsaratoga.com. Return authorization is required. Customers will receive a full refund (minus the cost of return shipping) if the item is returned in re-saleable condition with no damage.

DAMAGED ITEMS: We take special care in packing all of our items. However, if an item is received damaged, please contact the carrier as soon as possible and keep all packing materials. All of our shipments are insured and any reimbursement will come from the carrier.
