Store Policies

  SHIPPING: We ship within 24 hours of payment; except weekends and holidays. 

RETURNS:
If you wish to return a purchase, you must notify us within 3 days of receipt of the item by e-mailing: customerservice@holidayshopsaratoga.com. Return authorization is required. Customers will receive a full refund (minus the cost of return shipping) if the item is returned in re-saleable condition with no damage. Shrink-wrapped or sealed packaged items that are opened are not eligible for return. Sale items, books and greeting cards are non-returnable. 

DAMAGED ITEMS: We take special care in packing all of our items. However, if an item is received damaged, please contact the carrier as soon as possible and keep all packing materials. All of our shipments are insured and any reimbursement will come from the carrier.
