Angel Holding Star

Produced by the family workshop of Inge-Glas, now operated by the fifteenth generation of glassblowers, is “Angel Holding Star”. This cunning little angel looks heavenly with her golden locks and pretty gown of blue!

This sweet ornament was created in an antique ornament mold by skilled artisans, and was imported from Germany to the United States by Merk Family’s Old World Christmas. This adorable ornament Is pictured showing each side to illustrate the detail and fine craftsmanship that went into creating this whimsical piece.

This long retired ornament is in “new”, mint condition from store stock. “Angel Holding Star”, retired ornament #1023, measures 3 ¼”, is made of blown-glass, is hand-painted and glittered, and is topped with the star cap trademark, signifying its authenticity as an heirloom ornament created by Inge-Glas of Germany.
