Produced by the family workshop of Inge-Glas, now operated by the fifteenth generation of glassblowers, is “Boxer”.
"Boxer" was created in an antique ornament mold by skilled artisans and was imported from Germany to the USA by Merk Family’s Old World Christmas. This little prize fighter is an excellent example of the fine detail and craftsmanship that goes into creating each Inge-Glas ornament. Long retired, “Boxer” is in “new”, mint condition, from store stock.
Old World Christmas retired ornament #2454, measures 3 ¼”, is hand-painted, and glittered, and is topped with the star cap trademark, signifying its authenticity as an heirloom ornament created by Inge-Glas of Germany.
